Engaging An Unconventional Audience
In partnership with PayPal, the Pathfinders team helped create and execute a comprehensive launch of the PayPal Cash Mastercard, a debit product that would help people access their PayPal balance in a variety of places.
Our efforts included positioning, value prop refinement, pilot and launch strategy, as well as the execution of hundreds of tactics.
Creative Asset Design
PayPal saw a market need for an audience that was underserved by traditional banking and services. Pathfinders wanted to get to the heart of the issue with this audience. What were their pain points? What were their challenges? What does their day-to-day life look like?
Pathfinders needed to take those insights and put that into the communication to deliver relevant benefit points that would resonate with the audience.
