    The Idea

One of the things that I really enjoy reading in different publications is an interview style article. From the Personality Parade to the Vanity Fair Proust Questionnaire and most types of media in-between, these articles reveal a bit of the inner thoughts and ingenuity of the each person, a famous celebrity unknown to me personally. They are acclaimed for various reasons – and each one is different.

Well, our Pathfinder team also has amazing traits and special talents and interests. So, I brought the idea to our social media expert, Lauren, in the fall of 2014. Research was done and ideas were swirling as to what this could mean for an interesting blog or website feature.

    The Plan

Beginning in March of 2015, our plan is to feature a team member every month. We want our clients and audience of our posts and website to be able to get to know us through PF Peeps on a personal level. We think it is beneficial for our readers to see how we work, play, stay happy, keep motivated, and achieve satisfaction in our crazy work world.

We compiled a rather large list of different types of questions and settled on two main areas, the business and personal sides of our Pathfinder team. We decided to highlight the individual interests of each team member in a personal way by having them self-select questions that would offer insights.

Even when we don’t get a chance to actually share lunch or a handshake with our clients, we feel personally connected to them through our work process. We hope these upcoming features help strengthen our bonds by highlighting how we interact here and showcasing the variety of viewpoints and flair present in our halls.

    The Minds Behind it All

There are things that you may not know about Lauren and Nancy (that’s me) – so here’s some insider information. We definitely see things from different perspectives. Lauren can easily see things from the, well, let’s say the 20,000 foot level. Nancy, on the other hand, can really get close to the ground and try and keep in tune of what might be coming next or how to improve spatially from an especially close angle. Nancy encourages Lauren to wear different shoes – like flats for Lauren and heels for Nancy – at all times. After all, we have different shoes to fill in the office. In other words, Lauren and I offer the long and short of it as our photo can attest.

Thanks for connecting to us through our website and blogs – and we hope to keep you coming back for more.
